We provide our clients with a flat-rate pricing package that is customizable to the needs of your business. This way, small business owners can always know how much they will spend on bookkeeping each month and we don’t bill them hourly so you never have any surprises! We also offer add-on services like job costing or 1099 filings for an additional fee but make sure it's within reason because if not then why would anyone do this? It might as well just go away from day one since no one wants anything done unless there are some strings attached which brings me back around full circle - Flat Rate Pricing

Of course! We love to educate new business owners. Our training package is designed so that you can get your LLC or corporation started out on the right foot, even if you're not quite ready for full-blown entrepreneurship yet and don't have enough cash flow with which to hire an accounting firm just yet - but trust me when I say this: once those days of constrained spending come around again in due time (and they'll happen), there won’t be anyone who wants our services more than cheap accountant hacks like us here at Boring Bookkeeping.

We work 100% remotely. While we have on occasion met a local client to get documents, the majority of our clients live all over the country. 

For the accounting process we use Quickbooks Online. We have experience with a large number of third party applications as well, some of the most popular being Square, Stripe and Cardpointe but many other lesser and more niche specific as well.

Absolutely not, we are well versed in clean-ups on a set of books and if needed would price a clean-up as part of our proposal. The minimum would be the current fiscal year, but if multi-year clean up is needed we can handle it.

As your company grows you may find the need to add additional services. All engagements have the option of a reassessment should your needs change. Once informing us of your change in needs, we would present you with a new proposal.
